INGREDIENTS
- Pre-cooked Pork neck – pulled
- 2 Gherkins – finely sliced
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- Dash reserved pork neck braising liquid
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 Chilli
- 2 tablespoon LW Cream Cheese
- 2 tablespoon LW Smooth Cottage Cheese
- Ciabatta Wellness Bread – 2 slices
- 10 leaves corriander
DIRECTIONS:
- Pre-heat Heat griddle/sandwich toaster
- Slice bread
- Shred cooked pork and add into hot pan till crisp
- Add braising liquid to moisten pork whilst cooking
- Put mayo, chili, cream cheese, cottage cheese, lime juice into a bowl and mix
- Spread mixture onto bread
- Top with shredded pork
- Add sliced gerkins on to pork
- Assemble sandwich
- Toast and serve
